Robert A. Ingoglia

My professional experience over the last three decades has given me a remarkable perspective on the marketplace that the Radia Group is focused on.

After spending time at Xerox in sales management and marketing support areas I moved to Ricoh Corporation where I served for many years as Vice President in the marketing and corporate communications areas of the company. This was an exciting period of growth for the company and during this time I had the opportunity to manage some very large and challenging projects such as sponsorships of the Olympics, USOC team and PGA of America leading to greatly expanded brand recognition and awareness across the United States and Canada. Additionally, I was responsible for developing an extremely successful multi- million dollar integrated sales promotion website portal used by thousands salespeople, who offered multiple brands resulting in more than a million individual transactions to date.

I have managed multi-million dollar annual budgets. The scope of the web promotions and sales rep interactive campaigns and incentive programs, involved over 600 dealers and more than 7,500 sales representatives as well as internal programs encompassing an additional 1,500 people in the field. In addition, I’ve created and managed co-branding standards, websites and integration strategies for acquired companies.

In the field of training and education, I established Ricoh University twelve years ago, and I created numerous educational programs including sales and management training, which were conducted from three separate campus locations across the United States. During this period approximately 25,000 students were trained.

I know that today virtually any field of business is highly competitive, especially in the business-to-business services environment. That’s why I‘m so passionate about the role that Radia Group can play.

We know that manufacturers want to help their dealer distribution, but as they endeavor to provide support, they don’t have all the answers and struggle with resource limitations of their own. We also know that small and medium independent services providers such as dealers, ingenious as they can be, struggle to differentiate themselves from their competitors and are looking for answers in this particularly unfriendly economic environment. Together, Radia Group and the STRATIFY ALLIANCE have unprecedented tools and capabilities to bring to the table at a level of affordability that would have been impossible a few short years ago. I invite you to explore our services, whether it involves marketing, training or consulting strategies. Working together we can succeed in delivering the competitive edge!
